SHINJO LOGITECH establishes optimal container load plans (CLP) by carefully analyzing cargo characteristics and transport conditions. This reduces the number of containers used for the same volume and minimizes unnecessary transport resource usage. Such logistics design contributes to reducing transport trips and fuel consumption, ultimately creating an indirect effect of lowering environmental burden.
Minimizing Dunnage and Packaging Materials
We avoid excessive use of dunnage and packaging materials within a range that does not compromise transport safety. We use only the necessary amount of materials based on cargo characteristics analysis, thereby reducing packaging waste and improving overall resource efficiency in logistics.

Dehumidifying Container R&D
Cargo damage due to moisture during long-distance ocean transport can lead to re-shipping, disposal, and excessive packaging. SHINJO LOGITECH is conducting R&D on container solutions with enhanced dehumidifying functions to reduce these issues. This research aims to structurally improve environmental burden in logistics by preventing cargo damage and reducing unnecessary re-shipping and waste generation.
